FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS IN WAPPING, EAST LONDON
At Hermitage Clinic, we want to make high quality dental treatment and oral health services accessible to as many people as possible – not just those who live and work in Wapping and the City of London.
We are confident that our fees represent excellent value for the standard of treatment we offer. However, we understand that you may want to split the cost of treatment, or take advantage of payment methods which recognise your loyalty and make it easier for you and your family to achieve and maintain excellent dental care.
With this in mind, at Hermitage Clinic you have a few options for financing your treatment.
Pay as-you-go
We can divide up your treatment cost into payments that you make at each appointment based on the treatment that has been completed at that visit.

Our in-house Members Plan
We offer 3 great members plan which allow you to spread the cost of dental treatment. Based on our patient feedback, we have introduced members only plans to help make treatment affordable, without compromising our high quality of care.
Once you have completed your first course of treatment with us you may wish to join one of our Maintenance Plans.
Some patients require less frequent maintenance appointments while others may require regular gum health monitoring particularly if you have gum disease. That is why we have developed these plans. If you are unsure which is best for you, our team will be happy to help guide you.

Longer-term financing option
You can opt to pay an initial deposit and then spread the rest of your total across 3, 6 or 9 easy monthly payments with Tabeo financing*
With a bespoke Tabeo plan, you pay £0 deposit and then divide the cost of your treatment into 3,6 or 9 monthly interest-free payments*. Call us for more information.

Appointment Cancellation and Deposit Policy
- Treatment fees may vary dependant on each individual patient case. We always provide a full itemised treatment plan with costs before any treatments are carried out.
- Patients will be charged £50.00 non-refundable deposit when booking an appointment which will remain on the account for the duration of your treatment plan and used towards your final balance payment or for the cost of any failed or cancelled appointments (with less than 24 hours notice).
- If you need to cancel your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. A charge may apply to late cancellations at the rate of £50 per half hour
